Dinolfo says city can take down carousel panel
Democrat and Chronicle January 14, 2016: Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo, in office since the beginning of the year, said she is willing to let the city remove a racially charged image on the Ontario beach carousel — as long as the city pays for its removal and the city Preservation Board approves the change.  UCLM has advocated for removing the panel, which features stereotypical images mocking African-Americans.
